Bruce Willis Is So In Love With His Girl

Actor Bruce Willis and model Emma Heming are husband and wife. "Bruce and Emma were officially married in a private civil ceremony on Saturday, March 28th at a friend's home in Beverly Hills," his rep told Us Magazine.  The couple celebrated their wedding in the Caribbean last weekend. Bruce and Emma met through mutual friends, have been together for more than a year.

Bruce’s spokesperson also confirmed the union to People magazine saying the couple “could not be happier”.

So what's the real truth about long time Bachelor Bruce who has a reputation of being a real player?  Why would he give up his life of partying and the attention of lots of gorgeous young ladies to get married?  Probably because he was in love.

Gossip Columnist Liz Smith in a recent blog wrote about running into Bruce Willis "over six months ago."  Liz said when she met Bruce he introduced her to Emma Heming.  She also reported "at the time I thought I had never seen Bruce so happy or so revealing."  Liz blogged "he kept holding me close to his chest and murmuring, "I am so in love with this girl:  she is the best thing in the world!"

Even Liz found the experience "an odd feeling" but when a man falls hard, he falls hard.  Which apparently is what is happening with Bruce and why he wanted to marry the gorgeous Emma.

Many say Emma looks very much like a young Demi Moore.  Does that really matter?  Will we ever know how that played into the final equation?

Regardless of the reasons why, it seems that Bruce has found happiness and everyone deserves to be happy.  Congratulations to Bruce.
