As always, there are tons of rumors as well as controversy swirling around the now cinnamon haired Lindsay Lohan who celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday, July 2, 2009, at Bardot in Hollywood.

Lindsay was photographed in an all white outfit with a silver gray scarf wrapped around her neck as she had assistance leaving the club for her limo.
The word on the street is that Linds went back to her signature cinnamon red hair because it was the favorite color of her long time love Sam Ronson who Lindsay is supposedly reconciled with - at least for the moment.
on Twitter. Why? Linds had to apologize for digs she made regarding Justin Timberlake's.
Unfortunately even though Thursday was Lindsay's birthday, she spent part of the day dealing with damage control William Rast clothing line which was recently added to the trendy French Clothing store, Colette.
Lindsay posted her thoughts about Colette picking up the William Rast line on Twitter. Unfortunately she was politically and business incorrect when she said "i can't believe you are lowering yourselves to a MACY'S brand- i am speechless. Paris is chic not mid America. Gross."
Apparently, the sometime actress forgot that her own 6126 fashion leggings line is sold at Macy's West. Which she dissed on Twitter when referring to Justin's line.
Obviously Lindsay or someone in her camp caught the boo-boo and yesterday on Twitter Lindsay said "i am sorry for the unnecessary comment-wasn't meant to be a jab," She also tweeted "i have some William Rast & it's great-was a friends words. and my 6126 leggings are in Macy's West and they've been great to work with."
Poor Lindsay. She even manages to get in trouble on her birthday.
Here's hoping that as Linds starts a new year of life that things will improve for her and she will be in the limelight for her acting and career rather than her love or other personal dramas.
