Jewelry Company to Give Away $1500 Necklace Via Twitter Trivia Contest

A string of clues could lead your readers to a strand of pearls.   A Boston-based pearl jewelry company will list a series of pearl-related trivia questions on Twitter and people who send in all the correct answers have a chance to win a Museum Way Pearls black saltwater Akoya pearl necklace valued at $1500.

Here is how the pearl jewelry contest works:

1. Follow Museum Way Pearls on Twitter @MuseumWayPearls

2. Watch Tweets by @MuseumWayPearls on August 22, 2009, when they'll post 10 pearl-related trivia questions throughout the day. The contest starts at 10am EST.

3. Record the answers as you go.

4. When you find the answer to the tenth question, head to Museum Way Pearls' giveaway page at:  .

Fill out the giveaway form and type all your answers in the comments section. The company will accept all entries for 30 minutes after the final question is posted on Twitter and then will randomly draw a winner (from the participants with all correct answers) for the necklace.

5. The winner will be posted that day at Museum Way Pearls' blog located at:

"This pearl necklace is made with stunning color-treated black saltwater Akoya pearls that exhibit pink and green overtones," Jacqui Pini, co-owner of MuseumWayPearls.com. said. "Whether it becomes a gift or kept by the winner to enjoy, it is a beautiful piece of pearl jewelry that will make someone very happy."

In addition, the company will select a second place winner to receive a $50 pearl jewelry gift certificate to spend at Museum Way Pearls, where they can pick from a wide variety of high-quality cultured pearls. The company carries a diverse range of pearl jewelry made from freshwater pearls, Akoya pearls, Tahitian pearls and South Sea pearls. They also have a full-line of pearl bridal jewelry.
