Jean-Pierre Salon On Newbury Street Hosts Cocktail Party on October 19th to showcase 2010 hot hairstyle looks

On October 19, 2009 Redken Elite Jean-Pierre Salon will host a cocktail party featuring hot upstyling looks for 2010 created by Redken expert Giovanni Giuntoli.

Giuntoli is an instructor at the Redken Exchange, the Redken educational center located in New York City. He also is an editorial stylist for some of the top fashion magazines and works Bridal fashion week in NYC.

"We always look to bring the best of the best to the salon," says salon manager Kris Baxter. "Giovanni is the top upstyling expert in the country, and we're so lucky to have him involved in this event."

The day will kick off in the morning with an instructional session for the salon staff from Giuntoli. Later, he will create hairstyles on two models designed exclusively for Jean-Pierre & Co. These looks will be modeled at a cocktail party that evening. Both VIP clients as well as new potential clients are invited to the event. "We want to celebrate our clients and thank them for their support," notes Baxter.

Jean-Pierre & Co. will also take the opportunity to launch the grand opening of a new accessory boutique with the salon. Launched by Elisha Daniels a local Boston fashion expert, the boutique called Elisha Daniels for Jean-Pierre & Co. will carry the latest trends in jewelry, scarves, bags, belts, etc.

Jean-Pierre Salon is the longest-existing salon on Newbury Street and has been open for over 35 years.  The Jean-Pierre Salon is located at 116 Newbury Street in Boston.

Split ends are a separation of the hair shaft that exposes hair's fragile inner layers. The only real cure for split ends is to have them trimmed.
