Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean is back in the news about her breast implants which were supposedly paid for by organizers of the 2009 Miss California USA pageant.
Why is she being sued? Basically, according to the Miss California USA pageant organizer, Carrie promised to pay back the $5,000+ she was lent to buy her implants.

Carrie and the Miss California USA organization did not have a happy parting and Carrie has not paid back the money she is claimed to owe for her breasts. According to the Miss California USA organizers, Carrie received the money for breast augmentation surgery in January of 2009.
Is this a legal matter over Carrie's breasts or is there other circumstances at play? According to the media the California Organizers are involved in a counter suit to legal action taken against them by Ms. Prejean. The lawsuit also seeks proceeds from a book Ms. Prejean is writing about her experiences as the ousted Miss California USA.
Carrie Prejean lost her Miss California USA crown on June 10 for alleged contract violations, including missing scheduled appearances and signing an unauthorized book contract. She was involved in a string of controversies, including a series of topless photos and her outspoken opposition to gay marriage.
Pageant organizers claim Ms. Prejean verbally promised to pay back the money for breast implants, the New York Post reported.
