Although there's a lot of buzz about the 2010 Oscar winners, losers, gowns, hairstyles and accessories, there's also a buzz about Bea Arthur and Farrah Fawcett. Both were omitted in the list of actors and actresses who passed away in the past twelve months. Usually the list includes, as a minimum, photos. Sometimes the memorial includes clips of those that have passed.

This year both Bea and Farrah were both absent.
Which begs the question. Was it accidental or intentional? And if it was intentional, what was the actual reason? Every year there are always a few actors and actresses who don't make the list for some reason or other.
Another important question, who creates the list of those have passed over in the prior year.
Although Bea Arthur could have been an easy oversight, Farrah was a major loss and her passing was big news for weeks, if not months. Known for her work in the movie classic 'The Burning Bed', Farrah also was in the films 'Saturn 3', 'The Cannonball Run', 'Extremities', 'Dr.T and the Women' and 'The Apostle.'
One theory about Farrah being omitted is that her movies were consider TV movies and that she was considered a TV star instead of a movie star. What do you think? Should Farrah have been included or not? And what about Bea Arthur.
