America's Sweetheart Sandra Bullock has been hiding out as much as possible to avoid the media since recent revelations of her husband Jesse's relationship with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.
However, recently TMZ.com revealed that they have heard from multiple sources that the famous couple are both shopping for divorce lawyers. They also revealed Jesse James will not initiate divorce proceedings.

Great news for the lawyers, but terrible news for Sandra and Jesse's checkbooks. So many questions remain unanswered due to Sandra and Jess trying to protect their privacy through this sad series of events.
Of course turning over the situation to high priced/high powered divorce lawyers will only accelerate the process and definitely open the couple up to lots of publicity and media focus.
Some of the media's questions include whether or not Sandra and Jesse were having long term issues or did their marital issues start with Jesse's misbehavior start with Michelle McGee?
Also, if the couple are determined to divorce, do they need to subject themselves to a prolonged messy divorce since lots of money is involved? What about couples counseling or even mediation? Finally, what's the hurry?
If this has been an ongoing situation that Sandra and Jesse have keep under wraps for some time it would make sense they would both rush to divorce. But is this really best?
Right now the best thing for Sandra is privacy and time to work everything out for herself. In the meantime she's receiving a pouring out of love from her many fans and friends. Friend Betty White in an interview with ET said "At such a high point in her life, it's tough, but I think the less other people have to say about it and let her work it out ... the better."
Agreed. Good luck to Sandra in her dark hour.
