Las Vegas Colorist Of The Decade Michael Boychuck Presents Hot Trend For Spring And Summer

"LAS VEGAS COLORIST OF THE DECADE" MICHAEL BOYCHUCK PRESENTS

THE HOTTEST TRENDS IN HAIR FOR SPRING AND SUMMER

Las Vegas - Michael Boychuck, the go-to hair colorist for a bevy of Hollywood heavyweights and owner of three of Las Vegas' chicest salons, forecasts the hottest trends in hair for the spring and summer months.

"The key to maintaining gorgeous hair during warmer weather is keeping it healthy and vibrant," said Boychuck. "Glossy caramel and golden highlights that frame the face can really brighten your complexion and freshen-up your overall look."

Vivacious shades of red, auburn and strawberry blonde are quickly heating up the locks of women everywhere from red carpets to Boychuck's salons.

"Going red is a great option for bored blondes and brunettes looking for a fun change," added Boychuck.

"Vibrant shades of crimson and strawberry blonde can revitalize the tresses of those who have kept the same hair color for years, as well as provide a splash of excitement for those willing to turn up the heat."

In regards to hair styles, Boychuck predicts that loose up-dos will dominate this season, a popular trend seen at the Academy Awards earlier this month. In addition, stylish accessories such as braided headbands, feathers and bows can complement any style.

Boychuck, who was named "Las Vegas Colorist of the Decade" by leading hair care company Schwarzkopf Professional earlier this year, is best known for his client of more than 15 years, Paris Hilton. The blonde bombshell recently stated, "(Boychuck) is the best colorist in the world! I love how he makes my hair look."

Boychuck currently has three Las Vegas salons: COLOR by Michael Boychuck at Caesars Palace, AMP salon at the Palms and PRIMP at Palms Place.

George Maloof partnered with Boychuck to open AMP salon at the Palms in 2001. AMP is known for its laid back style and is popular among the city's most stylish locals. COLOR opened in late 2007 at Caesars Palace and is Boychuck's largest salon. Its luxurious design by Faye Resnick provides guests with style, in style. His newest salon, PRIMP, opened in May 2008. The minimalistic salon is an oasis for guests and residents alike at the lush Palms Place.

The celebrity stylist first moved to Las Vegas nearly 10 years ago to open a branch of Laurent D's Beverly Hills salon, Prive at Bellagio. He went on to direct the Salon at Canyon Ranch at The Venetian for several years.

Recently, Boychuck was named one of the "Top 50 Hairstylists" in the book by Rick Morton and COLOR was named "Top Las Vegas Salon" by the Las Vegas Nightlife Network.

Best known for his work with longtime clients and friends Paris and Nicky Hilton, Boychuck and his salons have an impressive celebrity client roster that includes Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, Eva Longoria, Lindsay Lohan, Kirsten Dunst, Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas, Jennie Garth, Willa Ford, Shannon Doherty, Donna D'Errico, Josie Bissett, Kathy Hilton and Susan Anton.

Daily Hair Tip
If you lie on your back while you sleep this could cause hair stress leading to split ends in the back. To avoid hair stress tie hair back using a soft scrunchie band.
