Hair Accessory Jaw Clips

Hair Accessory Jaw Clips

Hair accessories come in all types of categories from headbands and bobby pins to a dizzying array of  hair clips which include jaw clips.  One of my own favorite hair clips is the Couture Jaw hair clip from France Luxe which has been available in the HairBoutique.com Marketplace for many years.

The reason I love this particular Couture Jaw is that it's beautifully hand crafted and polished in France.  It's interlocking jaw line and curved design fits comfortably against the scalp.  I love how this jaw gathers and surrounds many types of texture and hair lengths.

This jaw gathers and surrounds hair with a strong holding classic look.  The beautiful jaw clip allows you to pull hair into an updo or pulled back away from your face for a feminine look.

This hair accessory jaw clip is especially great for holding medium to thick hair.  It's perfect for all hair occasions.  You can use the clip to create an instant half up/half down hairstyle, to act as a ponytail base clasp instead of an elastic or to secure a wide range of hair twists and updos. Will it work for everyone?  No, but then no hair accessory does.  The advantage of this particular couture clip is that it's so well-made it will last for a very long time.

Yes, you can find similar jaw clips for a lot less, but many of the inexpensive clips are made in China from plastic molds which have a tendency to have a much shorter life span.

The advantage to this Couture Jaw Clip is that it's hand crafted from the highest quality of cellulose materials.  It is also hand polished in France for the highest quality and longest possible hair accessory life time.

It should be noted that this clip will work with fine hair if there's a high volume of hair.  This clip works on fine hair pulled into an updo and it works for hair that is growing out.

Many say this is one of the most comfortable clips to wear. It is easy to open but not too easy. There is a full 1.5 inches of clearance when open to grab a lot of hair. The clip is 1/4 inch shorter in height measuring at the center due to the curve of the clip - not too big and  not too small. It stays put as well as the hair band.

Daily Hair Tip
Split ends are a separation of the hair shaft that exposes hair's fragile inner layers. The only real cure for split ends is to have them trimmed.
