Pink Is A Hot Hair Color For Fall 2011
Pink is one of the hottest hair colors for Fall 2011 as shown by the pink and rose highlights painted on the long lush wavy strands of models at the Fall 2011 Tracey Reese runway show.
Glee's Diana Agron who's been walking on the wild side with her recent short shaggy buttery blonde bob has now taken her hair one step further with pink highlights.
Did Diana go pink because it's the latest hot hair color for Fall 2011? Or did she have some other reason for her pink hues?
Although Diana's motivations for going pink might seem puzzling, she had a good reason for adopting the cotton candy swirls.
Diana tweeted that the new pink hair color was for her character. She tweeted "Hey all! The pink is for work." She also said "Tried to keep it a surprise...so, that is all I will say! Thanks for all the nice comments on it! #barbiepink"
Some Gleeks were shocked when Diana chopped off her trademark long locks for the finale of last season's Glee. But there was a method to her madness.
Glee's executive producer Brad Falchuk told EW that Quinn's big hair chop was specifically written into the Glee finale script.
The reason? To help her get over her relationship with Finn, which ended in the finale. The E.P. said "It wasn't that she got over it all, but I think she's just grown up. Every culture has a ritual like that where you make some sort of physical change and it transforms you inside too."
Falchuk also said "It was all in her hair, man. It really was. All the bad juju was in her hair and she cut it all off and everything got better."
Glee is always full of surprises so who knows why Diana went pink but she's certainly keeping up with the latest hair fashion hues.
