Kristin Cavallari Sent Home On DWTS
Much to the shock of Dancing With The Stars judges, fans, viewers and contestants, reality TV star Kristin Cavallari was the third contestant to be sent home.
No one really expected the 24 year old blonde beauty to be eliminated at this point. Although she was awarded a solid 24 out of 30 possible judges' points on Monday by her sensual "Crazy in Love" samba with professional partner Mark Ballas.
For some reason viewers didn't call in and vote for the former blonde from MVT's The Hills.
A loud gasp resonated throughout the DWTS audience, the judges' table and the DWTS remaining dancers when Cavallari's name was called.
Cavallari also appeared completely shocked. The stunning blonde told co-host Brooke Burke Charvet "I'm a little surprised, to be honest."
She took her elimination with grace and charm. She said "It's been such a great time. You know, it is what it is!"
Before Cavallari's name was announced as the third contestant to be eliminated, cranky judge Len Goodman admitted he never expected Cavallari to be up for elimination so early in the game.
Goodman said "This is truly crazy!" He continued "My expectation was that these two couples (Cavallari and Hope Solo who was also on the block) would be in the finals. This is week three and one of these (couples) is going home. It's madness!"
The elimination of Cavallari sent a chilling message to contestant Hope Solo. Like Cavallari the professional soccer player scored a 24 for her sexy cha-cha with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
With Cavallari now out of the competition Solo needs to step up her game to make sure she gets the fan votes she needs to survive long term.
Chaz Bono who's suffered from problems with his knees scored lowest of all the contestants with just 18 points for his dance. Bono danced the Rhumba to his late father Sonny Bono's "Laugh At Me."
Nancy Grace also scored just a little bit above Bono with 21 points. Carson Kressley rounded out the bottom three at 23, but he's a definite crowd pleaser so he get the fans to call in and vote. Please follow us on Twitter at: https://Twitter.com/HairBoutique.
