Courtney Love Getting Evicted In New York

Depending whom you talk to Courtney Love has had quite an interesting life with lots of ups and downs.  The widow of Kurt Cobain is now dealing with a whole new challenges.  According to the media, she's being evicted from her current NYC apartment because she supposedly redid the wallpaper without the owner's permission.

Also, she supposedly set the walls on fire and other assorted actions.  Her landlord, Donna Lyon has arranged for a court date and Courtney's fighting back.

According to Courtney she hasn't fallen behind on the rent.  She said "I have been paying month to month as agreed. My rent is current, but the owner is now asking for the remaining two months upfront. Even thought it's not required, I'd happily pay that and another six months' rent if she would extend the lease for six months."

Court also says that while she did redo the walls, she asked for the owner's permission and even used a painter approved by Donna!

Insiders to the situation are accusing Donna of just making a "big to-do" about nothing to draw publicity in hopes of selling more real estate.

Is this possible?  When it comes to Courtney Love anything is possible.  She is famous for getting into feuds with all sorts of people including her deceased husband Curt, her daughter, her family and a range of boyfriends over the years.  Is it surprising she's fighting with her landlord?  But you never know.  Maybe Court is innocent this time.

Daily Hair Tip
For a low maintenance style, try to work with your natural hair type rather than against it. For example, if your hair is naturally wavy, select a hairstyle that works easily with the waves.
