Why Drinking Water Will Help You Lose Weight

I knew I was on to something when I realized water would help me lose weight. Not just any kind of water - after many experiments I have found the following types of water, although it may be hard to believe, DO NOT help you lose weight: aquariums, magic eight balls (the water is WAY too dyed), coy fish ponds, rain water, sprinklers, and even the water from those fancy see-through shoes with fish in the heel.

Although I did find why DRINKING water helps you lose weight!

In fact - I found it several times....

http://www.inch-aweigh.com/water.html - maybe water really is the best beauty treatment...

http://www.wikihow.com/Drink-More-Water-Every-Day - because "put glass up to mouth and swallow contents" isn't clear enough. Thank god wikipedia can tell us how to drink water ...

- Just when I thought I was getting enough water out of the gum I chew - no wait - that's saliva ...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ0v__z9uqI - Half dog, half bear, half something horribly cute - but even he needs drinking water - yes - this is one of those special circumstances when 3 halves make a whole...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siFZKQIqd4Y - We all need water - even the creepiest of us...

- Just don't drink tap water...
