Oprah Winfrey has embraced comedian Chris Rock in a very big way. In fact, it was recently announced that her famous Harpo Productions is working with Chris Rock on a new comedy "Will You Be My Black Friend?.:
The movie is a take off of Devin Friedman's article of the same name which was published in the November 2009 GQ. As it goes, Devin Friedman realizes at a cocktail party that his circle of friends is overwhelmingly white.

At that point he decides he need to place a Craigslist ad which says:
"I'm a 36-year-old white guy. I grew up in a diverse neighborhood and have always gone to diverse schools. I've always had a decent number of black friends. That's changed over time. I work in the publishing industry, which is super white, and I've realized that my group of friends is getting whiter and whiter.... It's amazing to me that almost everyone I know has either black friends or white friends, but not both. We could have a black president, and still not have a very mixed country."
The information regarding Oprah and Chris Rock is brand new so there is no info on who will play what parts in the eventual film, just that Oprah's Harpo Productions will produce it.
