Baywatch actor David Hasselhoff was reportedly rushed to the hospital yesterday after suffering a seizure allegedly tied to his long term battle with alcohol abuse.

Several news sources including Radaronline.com reported Hasselhoff had been taken to the hospital as a result of alcohol issues. A source for Radaronline.com told the website that the actor had been hitting the bottle over the past two days.
Sadly the reality is that David has been hospitalized five times in recent years for alcohol poisoning. Radaronline.com's source said "I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he'd had a seizure," a neighbor told the Web site.
Sources said that David's daughter Hayley call 911 and he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
The most recent time David was hospitalized was in September of this year, after reportedly drinking for at least a day. Dutiful teen daughter Hayley, 16, found her dad and at that point called for medical help.
In May of 2009 star David was also saved by his teenage daughter after she found him unconscious on the floor of his home because of over-consumption of alcohol. Reports said that Hayley, slapped her dad to keep him awake and then called his ex-wife, Pamela Bach, who rushed to hospital, according to several reports.
The May 2009 incident reported that David was 'barely breathing' by the time he arrived at the hospital on Saturday night, sources claim.
Imagine the trauma that David's daughter Hayley must experience when she finds her father barely breathing in his home. Seems a heavy burden for a 16 year old girl to bear. My heart goes out to her and David and their family.
