Being a fan of Bonnie Hunt's talk show I have caught David Zinczenko on Bonnie's show with dramatic demonstrations of what to eat and not eat. It is actually quite shocking.
No surprise then to find out that David did a comparison of the worst hamburgers to eat in the United States which is currently on Yahoo.com Health.

If you love your burgers and cheeseburgers, health be damned, then don't read David's latest burger article. If you want to lose weight and avoid instant death by cheeseburger, than check out his 6 Worst Fast-Food Burgers (and What You Should Eat Instead!)
Yes, I love cheeseburgers. My waistline hates them and I am sure my heart doesn't appreciate them much either but this is America, I grew up on cheeseburgers.
Speaking of cheeseburgers, David has rated the Burger King Triple Whopper Sandwich with Cheese and Mayo as the "Worst Fast-Food Cheeseburger in America." Yikes. 1,250 calories for one of those yummy death traps. Even worse? 84 grams of fat (32 g saturated, 3.5 grams trans). Even worse? 1,600 mg sodium. Can't button your pants? Probably because of all the water you will retain after eating one of these fat burgers.
As David points out "the Triple Whopper is triple trouble. You could remove two patties and still be looking at more calories than you should tussle with in one sitting. And the fact that it's got more trans fat than you should eat in a day only adds insult to injury."
Does this mean you should stop eating at Burger King? You could either have an ambulance standing by in the parking lot, which BK might not like so much or you could switch to a chicken sandwich instead. David's pick? The Tendergrill Chicken Sandwich with Mayo.
In the meantime you may want to make it a point to pick up David's books.
