Depuff Your Eyes Instantly With Passion Fruit

Depuff Your Eyes With This Easy Trick

In the late 1980s my beloved late hubby took me on an amazing bookstore tour of England.  We went to some of the most amazing stores chock full of   books on homeopathy, herbs and related natural hair and beauty treatments.

During our journey I discovered some amazing natural treatments for a wide variety of hair and beauty challenges.

Passion Fruit Around The Eyes

As a result of that trip to the UK I discovered the great benefits of Passion Fruit carrier oil for restoring and maintaining skin's elasticity.

One of my favorite tricks, especially during the hot summer months, is to dab a little bit of organic Passion Fruit carrier oil around my eyes.  This amazing oil which can be tricky to find, gives my skin an instant elasticity boost.

If you don't want to go on a Passion Fruit treasure hunt you can apply the same refrigeration principle to your own favorite eye creams and gels.  Its a simple trick for keeping eyes looking smooth and without a hint of puffiness.

Chilled Eye Creams And Gels Do The Trick

With the heat of the Dallas Summer already here I refrigerate my favorite Karin Herzog eye cream.  When I apply the chilled eye cream to the delicate skin around my eyes it's even more effective.

My Karin Herzog skin care expert confirmed that chilling the cream can increase it's benefits plus it feels very refreshing against my skin during the heat of the fast approaching Summer.

Cucumber Slices & Green Tea Bags

Of course you can always make your own eye de-puffing formula.  A popular tip for keeping eyes from puffiness  is applying fresh cucumber slices on your eyes as a mini mask.  Green tea bags which have been slightly chilled also work well.

If you want to experiment but want to try other oils which have similar benefits.  Experiment with Rose hip oil which promotes natural regeneration and wrinkle reduction or jojoba which is a great emollient.  Macademia nut is also great for promoting moisture but is not recommended for anyone with known nut allergies.

In the meantime stay cool, drink plenty of liquids and you'll sail through the summer looking cool, calm and without a hint of puffiness anywhere.
