A sneak peak at the Despicable Me prequel Minions showcased an animated version of the lovely Sandra complete with long lush shimmering brunette tresses and a stunning figure hugging red gown.

Red is definitely Sandra's color.  Not only does it offset her gorgeous skin and eyes, red looks gorgeous against her dark brunette tresses.

Sadly the lovely brunette superstar didn't appear on screen with vibrant yellow hair.  Nor did she appear as a Bullock sized yellow goggle adorned minion, but her animated version is spectacular.

Sandra Bullock As Scarlet Overkill

Sandra appears in the new Minion film as Scarlet Overkill, an animated version of her  off-screen loveliness complete with long lush brunette hair and her iconic voice.

The new female supervillian has been popping up with Minions Kevin, Stuart and Bob, on various Red Carpet events lately.

She was spotted with long lush shiny straight hair on June 12, 2015 at the film's official premiere in London.

On June 27th she appeared at the Hollywood premiere wearing spectacular Minion embellished yellow shoes.

Her glossy strands worn down with a small hint of loose texture.

Sandra, who has been a Hollywood A-listers for almost three decades, appears to really be enjoying her role as the voice of the new Minions villianess.

At the 2011 Oscars the actress worn her hair coiffed in a loose tousled updo complete with lots of natural texture.

Her updo on the 2011 Oscars red carpet confirmed her curls were still alive and well under all her straightened hairstyles.

Sandra Overkills' Fantastic Villianess Hair

Minions producer Chris Meledandri, who is also head of the animation studio Illumination Entertainment, told USA Today a bit about Scarlet's hair in the new movie.

He said "Scarlet Overkill has fantastic hair, wears great clothes and has a lethal uppercut. When we turn her loose on the world, she is going to come out standing on top. … Scarlet has all the gadgetry and accouterments of villainy."

He continued "This is a side to Sandra Bullock we haven’t seen before."

Although it seems obvious, Meledandri said "she is really enjoying playing with this villainy. But underneath there’s a character you cannot help but fall in love with."
