Although some of the media is reporting that Chris Brown and Rhianna have canceled their scheduled appearances and performances at the 2009 Grammy Awards due to being in a car accident.

According to E! Chris Brown supposedly left the famous Clive Davis annual Grammy Award party at 12:30 am. It was reported that Rhianna and Chris were at the Davis party together and appeared to be happy and getting along.
Apparently Chris left in a limo with an "unidentified" woman and that woman was supposedly the one who called the police. "The identity of the victim will not be released," according to the LAPD.
Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument, according to a police statement. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, according to police.
The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. "If police locate Brown, yes, he's subject to arrest," Officer Harding added. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads. The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.
When asked about Rihanna's well being, her rep told PEOPLE, "Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support."
What's the real story? We probably won't hear more until after the LAPD. However, it is expected that neither Chris Brown or Rhianna will appear at the 2009 Grammy Awards. Please follow us on Twitter at: https://Twitter.com/HairBoutique.
