Donald Trump Uses His Hair To Get Political Traction For Presidential Race

Donald Trump has made headlines for years with his tresses which have been compared to an array of things.  Many have referred to The Donald's hair as a cross between a golden retriever and a ginormous comb over.  Many celebrity hairstylists have offered to restyle the star of "The Celebrity Apprentice" since a makeover of The Donald would put any hairdresser on the International map.

However, Mr. Trump has remained firm in his resistance to a new hairstyle.  After all, his hair is his trademark.  Why would he change it?

Now the real estate tycoon who has made a name for himself in the world of reality TV is using his hair to help him gain recognition for his political aspirations.

The Donald knows that he is often the target of attack for his coiffure, but he embraces it since it makes him stand out from the crowd.   He has also been attacked for his vast wealth and past infidelities with ex-wives.

According to Forbes Magazine Trump is tied as the 420th wealthiest person in the world with an estimated net worth of about $2.7 billion. Whether you love him or hate him there's no denying he's done well even though many might argues that he was born with a gold (his favorite color) spoon in his mouth to  multimillionaire parents.

So yes Mr. Trump is worth about 2.7 billion but there is also that business about those bankruptcies which the media has shown no fear in bringing up .  Trump has never personally gone belly up, but his companies, which he is in control of, have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations in 1991, 1992, 2004 and as recently as 2009.

Of course the fair haired reality king doesn't really appreciate being asked about his past financial woes which he complains are "sneaky" and "dishonest" but who knows whether that history will hurt him in the long term or not?

It will be interesting to see how The Donald does with his hair and hat in the political arena since he is already considered controversial for his position as a birther questioning President Barack Obama's true place of birth.
